Bleeding Gums Natural Cure | Ayurvedic Treatment Remedies

Bleeding gums are a fairly common relatively harmless condition caused by a bacterial infection which is easily preventable.

It is caused by a build-up of plaque made up of the debris of food, germs and saliva. This combination mixed together hardens into tartar, a thin film-like substance, which infests and thus irritates the soft tissue surrounding the teeth and in the gums and causes external bleeding, though never heavy enough to cause major alarm

The best and simplest way to prevention is too brush your teeth regularly and well and using a toothbrush in fine fettle.

To really do the job properly you’ll need to floss regularly too. Toothbrushes, no matter how hard and well you brush, have a limited span. They can not reach into the cavities and the nooks and crannies of your mouth and by not being able to do so they can’t carry out their search and destroy mission on the build-up of lurking plaque. So dental flossing needs to be carried out on a regular basis for the best defence against the build-up of tartar and plaque.

Though bleeding gums is an affliction in its’ own right and a relatively harmless one at that, they can be a tell-tale sign of other much more serious diseases such as

If you believe that you are experiencing other symptoms attributed to the above as well as bleeding gums then you should seek medical advice immediately and if diagnosed with something more similar you should start treating that condition as a whole rather than the bleeding gums.

You may also experience bad breath as a by-product of bleeding gums, as plaque and tartar can cause this via all the rotten food and saliva. Though it is a separate affliction and may occur without gum bleeding and can be treated as such, if its appearance can be directly attributed to the gums then once treated for that it will disappear of its own free will.
