Yoga, meditation and other breathing exercises can steady the body and allow you to find a sense of stillness and of being at one with the world.

You should also try washing with Ayurvedic soap, particularly those containing neem extract. Not only will the essential oils within scrub the skin gradually clean of the outbreak, but it is also very soothing to luxuriate in.

Purging as Ayurvedic remedy for skin disease

As the bloodstream has become poisoned by negative toxins it needs to be purged, in order so it can be cleansed and become pure again. In Ayurvedic there are five different methods of purging the self.

The method recommended for skin disease is vierchan.

They should be made into a paste and ingested with one or more of the following foodstuffs,

Boiled vegetables
Pumpkin
Fruits and fruit juices

Foods to avoid or at least be consumed in moderation

Hot spicy foods
Animal fats
Eggs
Canned foods

In general the Ayurvedic method recommends a healthily balanced vegetarian diet be followed as strictly as possible to achieve an overall feeling of well being no matter what your condition, as such a diet purifies the digestive system better and doesn’t contain the fats that build up and lead to illness.
